Many people suffer from exercise-induced asthma. Symptoms include: a hacking cough, wheezing, and/or chest tightness, which occurs within 3-8 minutes of starting exercise or just after stopping. But with proper precautions and pre-treatments, most adults and children with asthma are able to exercise regularly and safely.
